【摘要】 目的探讨非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)致胃粘膜损伤的因素及防治方法。方法对我院NSAIDs致胃粘膜损伤364例进行临床表现和内镜分析。结果NSAIDs引起的胃粘膜损伤与服药方法、年龄、用药时间有关。结论重视NSAIDs致胃粘膜损伤,并采取相应措施,可减少相关不良事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To discuss the factors,prevention and cure of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)-induced gastric mucosal damage. METHODS: The clinical manifestations and endoscopic characteristics of the 364 cases with gastric mucosal damage induced by NSAIDs in our hospital were analyzed comparatively. RESULTS: The gastric mucosal damage induced by NSAIDs was related to methods of administration,patients’ age and medication time. CONCLUSION: The related adverse events could be reduced by deepening the understanding of the NSAIDs-induced gastric mucosal damage and taking the corresponding measures.更多还原
