【摘要】 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定乳病消片中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为ZorbaxSBC18,流动相为乙腈-冰醋酸-水(21∶1∶78),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为283nm,柱温为40℃,进样量为20μl。结果橙皮苷进样量在0.0328μg~0.328μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.81%(RSD=0.69%)。结论本方法准确、简便、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of hesperidin in Rubingxiao tablets.METHODS:Zorbax SB C18 column was used as chromatographic column,CH3CN-CH3COOH-H2O(21∶1∶78) as mobile phase.The flow rate was set at 1.0ml/min, and the detection wavelength at 283nm.The column temperature was 40℃,and the sample size was 20μl.RESULTS:The calibration curve of hesperidin was linear within the range of 0.0 328μg～0.328μg(r=0.9 998).The average recovery was 98.81%(RSD=0.69%).CONCLUSION:The established method is accurate,convenient as well as reproducible,and is applicable for the quality control of hesperidin in rubingxiao tablets.更多还原
