【摘要】 目的:观察盐酸托烷司琼用于预防妇科患者术后自控硬膜外镇痛(PCEA)致恶心、呕吐的效果。方法:将120例妇科手术后均行PCEA的患者随机分为2组,T组为盐酸托烷司琼组,N组为对照组,每组60例,观察2组用药后的恶心、呕吐发生率。结果:T组48h内恶心、呕吐发生率明显低于N组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸托烷司琼预防妇科术后PCEA患者恶心、呕吐的发生安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of tropisetron in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomˉiting caused by patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)in gynopathic patients.METHODS:120patients who had unˉdergone patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)after gynopathic operation were randomly divided into2groups:60in group T were assigned to receive tropisetron,and60in group N as control,the incidences of nausea and vomiting in the two groups after medication were observed.RESULTS:There were significantly lower incidences of nausea and vomiting within48h in group T than in the placebo group(group N)(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Tropisetron is safe and effective in the prevention of PCEA in gynopathic patients.更多还原
