“高住低练”对大鼠网织红细胞参数和成熟红细胞参数的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨采用高住(氧浓度为11.3%,相当于海拔高度5000m)低练对SD大鼠网织红细胞相关参数,红细胞计数、血红蛋白等成熟红细胞参数的影响。方法:56只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为7组,每组8只;低氧组每天置氧浓度为11.3%的低氧舱3h,每周6d,持续时间2周;低氧组和常氧组在常氧下为跑台训练,运动负荷由18×30m/min递增至28×60m/min,坡度始终保持10%;对照组正常条件下居住。结果:实验组的Retic%明显高于对照组(P<0.01),低氧组的Retic%高于常氧组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,低氧组的H-IRF%、M-IRF%、IRF-M+H(%)明显高些,L-IRF%明显低些(P<0.01),实验组的RBC、Hb、HCT与对照组相比没有显著性差异。结论:低氧刺激了骨髓的造血功能;通过高住低练可以提高机体的载氧能力,但这一作用必须在2周以上才明显。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of living high/training low at altitude of 5 000 m on indexes of reticulocyte,red blood cells in Sprague-Dauley rats.Fifty six Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into seven groups.The living high rats stay in a chamber of 11.3% oxygen everyday for 3 hours,and the trained rats ran 2 weeks on treadmill.The training load was incremented from 18×30 m/min to 28×60 m/min.The slope always keeps at 10%.The result showed that after training for two weeks,the level of Retic % improved(P<0.01) and the level of Retic % in Hilo is higher than Lilo(P<0.05).The level of M-IRF%,H-IRF% and IRF-M+H(%) improved,then the level of L-IRF% decreased(P< 0.01). The level of RBC,Hb and HCT had no changed(P>0.05).It concluded that low oxygen had stimulated the hemopoiesis and Hilo could enhance the ability of carrying oxygen,but this function was not obvious until two weeks.
