毛霉紫外线诱变育种
Breeding of Mucor racemosus by ultraviolet radiation
【摘要】 从腐乳和千张(豆类发酵食品—宜宾名特产)中分离得到的毛霉菌株,经紫外线诱变处理及控温培养、筛选各得到一株生产能力较出发株高的突变株mr6(1,2)。该菌株在温度28℃条件时生长旺盛,产酶能力高,具有较好的遗传稳定性。
【Abstract】 A Mucor racemosus picked out from preserved beancurd and Qianzhang is mutated by Ultraviolet Radiation and fostered by temperature and filtrated,then a mutant named mr6(1,2),whose production is higher than its parent strain,was gained.The mutant with a high production of enzyme has a higher inheritable stability and yields well at 28℃.
