【摘要】 依据深圳“图书馆之城”的发展目标,至2006年,深圳市已基本实现了市、区、街道、社区四级图书馆网的基础建设。但现行的分级财政管理和行政管理模式不利于“图书馆之城”的发展。有必要借鉴香港和新加坡公共图书馆管理模式,争取具有合理配置资源的人、财、物、信息和制度的控制权和制定权,对各级图书馆实现有效管理,创造良好的社会效益。参考文献3。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the“City of Libraries”strategic plan of the City of Shenzhen,the four-level library network development has already completed.The four levels include city,district,neighborhood and community.However,the present stratified financial and administrative management pattems are not suitable for the development of“City of Libraries”.In this paper,the author recommends learning from the experiences of libraries in Hang Kong and Singapore.3 refs.更多还原
