【摘要】 目的:观察心泰胶囊对麻醉犬血流动力学以及心肌耗氧量的影响。方法:采用麻醉犬在体心脏实验法,经十二指肠给予心泰胶囊,于给药后不同时间点记录血流动力学各参数,测定血氧分压(PO2),计算心肌耗氧量(MVO2)。结果:心泰胶囊能降低麻醉犬总外周血管阻力、心肌耗氧量和左室舒张末期压,增加冠状动脉血流量、心输出量、每搏输出量、心室内峰压、心室最大上升/下降速度、心脏指数、心搏指数和左室做功指数。结论:心泰胶囊能改善麻醉犬血流动力学,降低心肌耗氧量。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effects of Xintai capsule on the cardiohemodymatics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs.METHODS:Experimental technology of in vivo heart of anesthetized dogs was adopted.After Xintai capsule was administrated to the anesthetized dogs through duodenum,the parameters of hemodynamics,PO₂ and myocardial oxygen consumption(MVO₂)were determined at different times.RESULTS:The total peripheral vessel resistance,the amount of myocardial oxygen consumption and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure were reduced,and coronary blood flow,cardiac output,stroke volume,left ventricular summit pressure,maximum ascending/descending rate of left ventricular pressure,cardiac index,sroke index and left ventricular working index were increased.CONCLUSION:Xintai capsule can improve the cardiohemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs.更多还原
