不同氮、磷施用量对甜菜叶片中蔗糖代谢有关酶活性的影响

【摘要】 甜菜叶片中蔗糖磷酸合成酶、蔗糖合成酶、转化酶的活性随土壤施氮、磷的量不同而变化,氮磷营养对蔗糖磷酸合成酶的活性调节表明,随施氮量的增加(0~300kg/hm2),叶片蔗糖磷酸合成酶的活性相应地提高,在同等施氮条件下,增加磷的施用量可提高蔗糖磷酸合成酶的活性。在苗期,施用氮、磷肥对蔗糖合成酶的活性没有影响。生育后期,蔗糖合成酶的活性随施氮量的增加而活性提高。但在较高的施氮水平下,提高磷的施用量可降低蔗糖合成酶的活性。生育期内氮、磷对转化酶无明显的调节作用。

【Abstract】 The activities of sucrose metabolizing enzymes in sugarbeet leaves vary with increasing the nitrogen and phosphorus amounts in the soil.The activity of SPS in beet leaf was increased with the additions of nitrogen or phosphorus amounts(from 0 to 300 kg/ha).The activity of SS in beet leaf was not influenced on nitrogenous and phosphorus fertilize amounts in seedling,it was increased with the additions of nitrogen amounts on latter growth stage,but the activity of SS was decreased with the additions of the phosphorus amounts when the nitrogen amounts was high.The amounts of phosphorus and nitrogen have little effect on activity of invertase in growth beet leaf.
