新型增强增韧阻燃聚丙烯的研制
Preparation of Novel Reinforced and Toughened Flame Retarded PP
【摘要】 研究了聚丙烯通过加入玻璃纤维、阻燃剂八溴醚、阻燃助剂三氧化二锑以及乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE制备增强、增韧、阻燃聚丙烯复配体系的方法。讨论了各组分的质量份数对整体材料各项性能的影响,分析了硅烷偶联剂以及钛酸酯偶联剂分别对玻璃纤维和八溴醚与三氧化二锑的影响。通过比较力学性能和阻燃效果,从而确定各组分在混合体系中的最佳配比。结果表明,聚丙烯/玻璃纤维/八溴醚/三氧化二锑/POE为100/30/18/7.2/15时体系性能达到最优。还研究了马来酸酐接枝POE与普通POE对材料体系的增韧效果的影响,结果表明马来酸酐接枝POE的各项性能指标均好于未接枝的普通POE。
【Abstract】 PP was blended with various amounts of glass fiber, tetrabomobidphenol-A-bis-2,3-dibro-mo propylether(octabromoether), Sb2Q3, and POE to generate a composite. Through the tests of mechanical and thermal properties, an optimal recipe was found to be PP/glass fiber/octabromoether/Sb2O3/ POE equal to 100/30/18/7. 2/15. The toughening effect of POE-g-MAH was compared with that of POE, it was shown that the POE-g-MAH was better than POE for all mechanical properties.
