【摘要】 石羊河进入民勤盆地的水资源逐年递减,导致绿洲内部地下水的过度超采,从而引起生态环境恶化及农田弃耕、沙化。缺水己严重地威胁着绿洲农业的发展。但是不合理的水资源管理制度、落后的灌溉方法和产业结构等使水资源的利用很不合理,灌溉水的利用率低下。改革目前的水资源管理办法,完善和配套渠系工程和田间工程,选用节水的优良作物品种,调整农业产业结构,推广应用先进的灌溉技术,逐步发展现代节水农业,建立节水型社会是民勤实施可持续发展战略的必由之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water inflow to the Minqin basin from the Shiyanghe River has been declining year by year,giving rise to continuous extravagant exploitation of groundwater,which are resulting in the deterioration of the environment,desertification and abandoning of farmland.Water shortage has already severely restricted the development of oasis agriculture.Moreover,irrational water resources regime,out of date irrigation methods and industrial structure and so on contribute to the waste of water.To reform the current water management method,improve irrigation canal and on-field facilities,select drought-resistant crop varieties,extend modern irrigation technology and alter the present society into water-saving one are the only way to carry out the sustainable development strategy.更多还原
