【摘要】 石羊河流域是西北荒漠生态区水资源开发强度高、供需矛盾突出、生态恶化严重的地区。下游的民勤绿洲是武威、金昌等重要经济区的生态屏障。由于水资源的不合理利用等因素,导致民勤绿洲出现了一系列生态危机。该文以民勤生态用水为依据,按照水资源承载能力,通过流域水资源合理配置、退耕还林草、调整产业结构、节水灌溉等措施,提出了缓解下游生态危机的综合治理对策与途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shiyang River valley is an area where the development strength for water resources is high in the northwest sandy ecological regions,the contradiction between demand & supply is outstanding,and the deterioration of ecological condition is severe.Minqing Oasis located at the downstream provides an ecological defense for the important economic regions of Wuwei & Jingchang. There appears a series of ecological crises in Minqing Oasis,because of the unreasonable utilization of water resources.Relying on the ecological water utilization in Minqing and according to the carrying capacity of water resources,this paper puts forward countermeasures and ways for mitigating downstream ecological crisis & comprehensive management through rational allocation of water resources in the valley,returning the arable land to forestry& grassland,adjusting industrial structure and adopting measures of water saving irrigation.更多还原
