【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析268例采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗的输尿管结石患者资料。结果一次性碎石成功率为89.9%(241/268),并发症发生率4.1%(11/268),其中输尿管穿孔9例,泌尿系感染2例。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术创伤小,安全性高,疗效确切,可作为输尿管中、下段结石的首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the clinical effects of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotrity for the treatment of ureteral calculi. [Methods] 268 cases of ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy from January 2000 to June 2004 were studied retrospectively. [Results] Stones were successfully fragmented on one session in 89.9% of the cases(241/268). Complications were observed in 4.1% of the cases (11/268), including 9 cases of ureteral perforation and 2 cases of urinary infection. [Conclusions] Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is safe, effective and minimally invasive, being probably the first choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral stone.更多还原
