【摘要】 目的通过对55例农村乳母乳汁中表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1等生长因子的测定,探讨其在婴幼儿期乳母乳汁中的含量及分布情况。方法随机整群选取陕西省澄城县5个村55名身体健康的农村乳母,测定其乳汁中生长因子表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1的浓度。结果1～17个月乳母乳汁中表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1的浓度变化不大(P>0.05)。结论母乳中表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1可促进婴幼儿生长发育,建议在合理添加辅助食品的情况下适当延长母乳喂养至1岁半。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of growth factors in human breast milk on the growth and development of infants by detection of the growth factors,such as epidemal growth factor(EGF),insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β 1)in breast milk of 55 breast-feeding women.Methods Using random cluster sampling method,we randomly selected 55 healthy rural breast-feeding women in 5 villages of Cheng Cheng County,Shaan Xi Province and detected the concentrations of various growth factors such as EGF,IGF-Ⅰ,and TGF-β 1 in their breast milk.Results In negard of concentrations of IGF-1,EGF,and TGF-β1,there was little change in breast milk during the first seventeen months(P>0.05).Conclusion Detection of such growth factors as EGF,IGF-1,and TGF-β 1 in breast milk was helpful to further study their effects on the growth and development of infants.更多还原
