矩阵变换器-永磁同步电机系统的共模电压抑制
Restraint of the Common Mode Voltage in Matrix Converter-Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Machine System
【摘要】 基于矩阵变换器有效开关模式,分析了矩阵变换器供电时电机共模电压的产生机理,结果表明:采用空间矢量调制方法时,共模电压的最大峰值与零矢量的开关状态有关.为了减小矩阵变换器输出共模电压,对输出电压零矢量开关状态组合形式进行了修正,将60°相区内的一个零矢量用2个不同状态的零矢量替换,使共模电压最大峰值降低到原来的1/3.最后对实际的矩阵变换器-永磁同步电机驱动系统原理样机进行了仿真和实验分析,验证了理论分析的正确性和改进的零矢量状态的有效性.
【Abstract】 As other kinds of PWM converters,matrix converters(MC_S) also produce the common-mode voltages in motors driven by it.Based on the effective switch modes of MC,the producing principle of common-mode voltage is analyzed and discussed.The results show that the maximum peak value of the common-mode voltage is related with the selections of zero-vectors in space-vector modulation MC.To restrain the common-mode voltage,two different zero-vectors are suggested to be used in stead of one zero-vector within the range of 60°(a sector) and the maximum peak value of it can be reduced to 1/3 the former value.The simulation and experimental results of the matrix converter-permanent magnetic synchronous machine(PMSM) prototype demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of improved zero-vector states.
