【摘要】 目的了解浙江省流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)的流行情况,为有效预防控制乙脑提供科学依据。方法分析浙江省1995~2004年乙脑的流行病学特征。结果浙江省乙脑发病率总体呈下降趋势,发病呈明显的夏秋季高峰,发病多为<10岁儿童。结论防制乙脑应采取以预防接种及灭蚊、防蚊为主的综合性预防措施。预防接种的重点为<10岁儿童。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemic situation of Japanese B Encephalitis(JE) in Zhejiang Province and provide scientific evidences for controlling JE.Method The epidemiologic characteristics of JE in Zhejiang Province during 1995-2004 was analyzed. Results The results showed that the overall JE incidence brokedown in Zhejiang Province and decreased year by year,the incidence peak was during Summer and Autumn,and most of the JE cases were among children under 10 years old. Conclusion The general prevention measures by killing mosquito,avoiding the biting of the mosquito and vaccination in JE prevention should be adopted.The main target of vaccination should be among the children under 10 years old.更多还原
