【摘要】 目的分析结核病患者患病后的心理焦虑状况,探索结核健康教育的有效方法。方法随机抽取确诊肺结核病患者100例及健康者40例进行问卷调查。通过症状自评量表(SCLM-90)的焦虑因子(anxiety)条目,调查评价患者焦虑程度。结果病例组焦虑因子评分1.83±0.19分,健康者焦虑因子评分1.36±0.69分,二者有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论需要加强结核病患者的心理护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about the mental health of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and explore the skills of treatment and health care.Methods 100 pulmonary TB patients and 40 health persons were selected by random sampling and their anxiety were tested by ten items of anxiety in SCL-90 Table.Results The anxiety scores was 1.83±0.19 in TB patients group which was higher than that of normal group(1.36±0.69,P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological care needs to be strengthened to the pulmonary TB patients.更多还原
