【摘要】 目的调查和分析我国地县结核病防治机构培训方法学现状,为改进培训方法,提高培训效果提供依据。方法访谈16名县级结核病防治机构专业人员和7名地市级培训教师,了解各地结核病培训班方法学方面相关情况。结果培训班均由上级培训部门负责计划;所有培训班均未进行培训需求调查;大部分培训班经费不足,培训时间为1~2天,部分培训班以会代训;培训方法以授课为主,少有学员的主动参与,学员缺少练习和实习的机会;培训效果不令人满意。结论结核病培训缺乏需求调查,培训方法较单一,参与式培训和练习实习机会少,在一定程度上影响培训效果。因此在培训的组织中应进行有针对性的培训需求调查,按照需求确定培训内容,使学员能积极参与到培训过程之中,提高培训的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze status of training on tuberculosis control system in China,and to provide relevant evidence for training reform.Methods 16 staff at county tuberculosis dispensary and 7 trainers at prefecture tuberculosis dispensary were interviewed.Results All training courses were planned by training department at superior level.All training courses did not carry out training needs assessment survey.The financial support to training was not enough.The duration of training course was 1～2 days and some of the course were actually in a form of meeting.The training methodology was lecture where trainees were seldom actively involved in the course with limited chance for exercise and practice.The effect of the training course was not satisfied.Conclusion Based on the theory of adult educational cycle,the analysis,deduction and improvement of the experience of the trainees are important in improving the effect of training.Thus,in organizing the training course,the need assessment survey should be carried out,more funding should be advocated for training,and trainees should be motivated to participate in the training course actively by using their practical experience.更多还原
