【摘要】 目的从《中国血液净化》杂志已录用文章分析我国血液净化科研工作现状。方法通过对《中国期刊网全文专题数据库》2002年1月～2005年12月的检索,以及刊登在《中国血液净化》杂志上的所有专业文章,从论文来源、论文类型、研究内容三个方面做统计学分析。结果①2002～2005年《中国血液净化》杂志刊登论文1083篇,其中来自大学附属医院/省级医院507篇,占46．8%：市地级医院458篇,占42．3%；区县级医院118篇,占10．9%。大学附属医院/省级医院呈现明显的逐年递增趋势(由2002年的42．7%增加到2005年的53．6%)；②在1083篇论文中,论著540篇,占50．1%(基础研究42篇,占3．9%；临床研究498篇,占46．2%)；短篇报道和经验介绍389篇,占36．1%；综述131篇,占12．1%。2004年以来基础研究与临床研究均较2002年及2003年有了明显增高,分别从2002年的0．3%、10．2%上升到2005年的1．4%、13．7%；③研究内容最多的是维持性血液透析患者慢性并发症,共168篇,占31．O%,包括心血管疾病、血管通路、感染及透析充分性和营养等。结论我国有关血液净化方面的科研工作以大学附属医院/省级医院为主,研究内容以临床研究为主,应加强前瞻、随机、对照的研究及与临床相结合的基础研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present condition of scientific reaearch in blood purification area by analyzing the articles published in《Chinese Journal of Blood Purification》.Methods The data were searched in《China National Knowledge Intrastructure, CNKI》from January 2002 to December 2005 published in《Chinese Journal of Blood Purification》. Statistical analysis was done in the aspects of the source,type and research contents of the articles.Results①The《Chinese Journal of Blood Purification》published 1083 articles during 2002 to 2005.507 articles came from university affiliated hospitals,provincial hospitals, and 458 articles came from municipal hospitals.The percentage of articles from university affiliated hospitals and provincial hospitals increased year by year obviously(from 42.7% to 53.6%);②In the 1083 artides there were 540 original articles,which accounted for 50.1% (Basic research,42 (3.9%);Clinical research,498 (46.2%).The short reports and experience reports acceunted for 36.1% (389 articles).Reviews accounted for 12.1% (131 articles).The basic research had a increased tendency since 2004;③The research contents of most articles was on chronic complications (168 articles,31%),including vascular disease,vessel process,inflammation, dialysis adequacy and nutritional.Conclusion The scientific research work in blood purifica- tion area are mainly done by the university affiliated hospitals,provincial hospitals in China.The basic research need to be enhanced further.更多还原
