【摘要】 目的探讨不同剂量阿司匹林(aspirin,ASP)对冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者血浆C反应白蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的影响。方法120例CHD患者随机分入50 mg、100 mg、300 mgASP治疗组,观察在ASP治疗后1周、2周、4周及12周的CRP浓度的变化。结果CHD患者血浆CRP水平明显增高,与正常对照组相比,差异有显著性意义(P＜0．01)。ASP100、ASP300组分别于用药2周和1周后,CRP浓度有明显下降,与治疗前相比,有显著的统计学意义(P＜0．01,P＜0．05)。结论ASP不显著降低CHD患者血浆CRP含量。中等量的ASP(即每日100 mg)可安全有效地降低CHD病人CRP浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the different dosages aspirin(ASP)on the level of serum,c- reactive protein(CRP)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 120 patients with a final diagnosis of CHD were randomly divided into three groups treated respectively with 50 mg,100 mg,30 0mg ASP.Total 40 healthy volunteers were used as controls.Serum CRP levels were measured in each group be- fore treatment and at the first week,the second week,the forth week and the twelfth week after treatment with ASP respectively.Results The serum level of CRP in patients with CHD was significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P＜0.01).The serum CRP level in the group that was treated with 50mg ASP of no statistical significance between before and after treatment(P＞0.05);but after one week of treat- ment with 300mg ASP and two weeks of treatment with 100mg ASP,the serum CRP levels before treatment (P＜0.01,P＜0.05 ).Conclusion It is suggested that ASP markedly reduces the serum CRP level in pa- tients with CHD,the moderate dosage ASP(100mg/day)is safe and effective.更多还原
