基于三维流场数值计算的引信用侧进气涡轮发电机的设计研究
Research on the Design for Turbine Alternator With Side Intake Ducts Based on Numerical Calculation of 3-D Flow-field
【摘要】 提出并研究了基于三维流场数值计算的引信用侧进气涡轮发电机的设计方法。针对侧进气涡轮发电机在适用引信型号确定条件下,其基本形状尺寸就受到严格限制的特点,分析了影响电机性能并可以被优化的主要参数,设计了能够满足计算量要求的参量优化算法。对电机三维流场数值计算的控制方程、计算区域、网格划分以及数值方法和边界条件进行了分析。根据侧进气涡轮发电机的涡轮转速与流场相互影响的特点,结合电机的动力学分析提出和建立了基于涡轮转速迭代的三维流场数值计算方法,给出了基于三维流场数值计算的侧进气发电机的设计流程,建立了完整的设计模型。利用该方法设计了某引信用侧进气涡轮发电机,结果表明该方法可以满足工程设计的要求。
【Abstract】 A method of design for the turbine alternator with side intake ducts based on numerical calculation of three-dimensional flow-filed was built.According to the dimensional restriction of the alternator under the condition of a certain fuze which the alternator is fixed,some important parameters were analyzed,which would influent the performance of the alternator and could be optimized.The mathematical model of the numerical calculation of 3-D flow-field was analyzed,including governing equations computational grid,mathematical method,and boundary conditions.In this paper,an iterative method of numerical calculation of 3-D flow-field was put forward,based on the interaction between flow-field and turbine rotational speed.The flow chart and the whole model of the design were established which are based on the calculation of 3-D flow-field.A prototype was designed using this design method.As a result the design using this method is accurate and can be applied for produce.
