基于变压器辅助换流的新型ZVS-ZCS逆变器
A Novel ZVS-ZCS Inverter with a Transformer-assisted Commutation
【摘要】 辅助谐振换流逆变器拓扑结构中存在着诸如由辅助换流回路损耗引起的转换效率低、由负荷电流变化引起的变辅助换流周期和稳定性差等问题,为此提出了一种基于变压器辅助换流的新型ZVS-ZCS逆变器。该新型逆变器通过引入(1-k)Vdc参与谐振、固定换流时间控制策略和辅助换流开关的保护等措施,大大提高该拓扑结构的运行性能和应用范围。文中在通过分析、仿真和实验的基础上得到了该新型ZVS-ZCS逆变器的可行性方案,并指出了其在DFACTS技术领域的应用场合。
【Abstract】 A new ZVS-ZCS ARCPI (auxiliary resonant- commutated pole inverter) is proposed to solve the problems, such as extra loss from auxiliary circuit, variable commutation duration, and delicate reliability etc., which exist in other ARCPIs. In this enhanced ARCPI, the introduction of forcing voltage—(1?k)Vdc, fixed commutation duration, and protection for auxiliary switches, enhances the performance, and also extremely extends its application. Based on the analysis, simulation, and experiment, this new ARCPI is proved reasonable, and it is also applied in DFACTS.
