应变率显像评价原发性高血压左室局部心肌功能
Strain Rate Imaging Evaluation of Regional Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Hypertension Patients
【摘要】 目的应用应变率(SR)及应变率传播速度(PVS)评价原发性高血压左室局部心肌舒张功能的价值,并初步探讨其收缩后缩短(PSS)现象。方法测量40例原发性高血压和30例正常人左室6个壁舒张早期SR(SRe)、舒张早期SRPV、二尖瓣环舒张早期峰值速度(Ve),统计两组左室后室间隔出现的PSS的节段数,并记录PSS值。结果高血压组左室各壁SRe、SRPV、Ve均显著低于正常组相应节段,SRe与Ve呈高度正相关。正常组约23%节段出现PSS,高血压组约46%节段出现PSS,高血压组室壁肥厚节段PSS的绝对值大于正常组PSS的绝对值。结论应变率显像(SRI)技术为定量、准确评价高血压左室局部心肌舒张功能提供了新的方法。
【Abstract】 Objective To assess regional left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension patients by strain rate (SR) and strain rate propagation velocity (SRPV)and to discuss.postsystolic shortening (PSS) in hypertension patients.Methods Forty patients with hypertension and 30 normal subjects as the control group underwent SRI study.Peak early diastole velocity at mitral annular (Ve) and peak early diastole SR (SRe) and SRPV were measured.PSS segment numbers were counted and their amplitude were recorded in posterior septum.Results Ve、SRe and SRPV of the control group were significant higher than those in hypertension patients.There was a significant positive correlation between Ve and SRe.PSS presented in 23% segments of the control group and 46% segments of hypertension patients.Absolute values of PSS in thickening myocardial segments were higher than those in the normal segments.Conclusions SRI would be a new and accurate method to quantify regional left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension patients.
