【摘要】 目的培养实习护生对护理工作重要性的认识,使实习护生养成对分析研究的兴趣及自学的良好习惯,为今后护理科研打下初步基础。方法分析护理病例,研究护理资料,结合有关的护理知识,对病历内容进行逐项分析,在实际工作中正确运用。结果实习护生进一步巩固了所学的理论知识,提高了对护理工作的钻研兴趣,增强了责任心。结论护理病例分析是在护理教学、科研工作中逐步提高护生护理水平较为理想的临床带教方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To introduce the importance of nursing practice in fostering the intern nurse,an elementary basis in nursing scientific research can help them to have interest of analytical research and custom of being self-educated for the future. METHODS The key of research for the intern nurses in clinical practice is to analyze nursing case report,integrate the concerned knowledge and case report into correctly exercising in concrete and factual work. RESULTS An analysis of the nursing case by the intern nurse could be applied to strengthen their theoretical knowledge,enhance their great interest in nursing practice,and enlarge their responsibility and conception. CONCLUSIONS In the process of nursing education and scientific research,an analysis of nursing case can be a more ideal clinical didactical method to improve nursing standard.更多还原
