【摘要】 目的:对取环困难应用超声引导下监视宫腔取环,分析其临床应用价值。方法:对45例常规取环困难、常规及宫腔镜取环失败者采用超声引导全程监视宫腔镜取环。结果:宫腔镜取环成功率为100%,未发生子宫损伤或子宫穿孔。结论:B超引导下监视宫腔取环,使原来盲目、困难的手术变得安全、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the role of application of ultrasound guided taking out IUD.Methods:42 cases that were difficult in taking out IUD in routine method and unsuccessful cavity operation,were operated by monitoring with ultrasound guided.Results:The successful ratio was 100%.No uterine injury or perforation occurred.Conclusion:Taking out IUD monitored with ultrasound guided makes it possible that the difficult operation is changed into safety and reality.更多还原
