【摘要】 目的:探讨抗卵巢抗体(AoAb)对不明原因不孕、自然流产的影响,进一步揭示不孕、流产的病因。方法:用ELISE法对126例不明原因不孕妇女和89例自然流产妇女血清AoAb进行检测并与90例正常生育期妇女血清AoAb阳性率做对照。结果:不明原因不孕妇女血清中AoAb阳性率为28.57%,流产组AoAb阳性率为13.48%,显著高于对照组,P<0.005;不孕组AoAb阳性率高于流产组,P<0.01。结论:AoAb是造成不明原因不孕和自然流产的原因之一,且对不孕的影响要比自然流产的影响大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of anti-ovary antibody(AoAb) on unbeknown infertility and abortion.Methods:Survey AoAb in the sera of 126 cases with unbeknown infertility and 89 cases with abortion in the method of ELISE,and compared with the positive rate of AoAb in the sera of 90 normal child-bearing aged women as control group.Results:The positive rate of AoAb in the sera of the cases with unbeknown infertility was 28.57%,and that was 13.48% in abortion group.The former was obviously higher than the latter(P<0.005).The positive rate of AoAb of unbeknown infertility was higher than the abortion(P<0.01).Conclusion:AoAb is one of the reasons why unbeknown infertility and abortion are caused,and its effect on the unbeknown infertility is higher than that on abortion.更多还原
