耐高压双向铁的研究比例电磁

【摘要】 针对传统比例电磁铁仅具备单向驱动能力的不足,提出了一种耐高压具有双向驱动能力的比例电磁铁.采用永久磁铁产生的极化磁场与线圈产生的控制磁场形成差动磁路作用于衔铁,使之实现双向驱动.在有限元模型的基础上分别仿真分析了该比例电磁铁在相同位置.不同激励安匝以及相同激励安匝、不同位置时的磁场分布,探讨了该比例电磁铁的位移-力输出特性成因及特性,仿真结果与实验结果吻合.该双向比例电磁铁能够有效消除零位死区,并具有良好的线性度、较小的滞环和较低的功耗.

【Abstract】 A new proportional solenoid with bi-directional operation was presented to deal with the uni-directional low driving performance of conventional proportional solenoid,which worked on differential control of magnetic fields produced by permanent magnet and control coils.Based on the finite element model,simulated results on the flux distributions under different excitation A Ampere-turns and positions were obtained,discussion on the cause and characteristics of its stroke versus displacement were also given.The simulated results accorded with the experimental results.The new proportional solenoid eliminates the zero dead-zone,and has advantages of high level of linearity,low hysteresis and low energy consumption.
