双振动台随机振动综合控制研究
Study on dual-shaker random vibration test control
【摘要】 阐述了应用于双振动台随机振动综合控制系统的理论框架和试验控制方法。在不考虑互谱的情况下,本文提出一种新的比例均方根修正算法,能够快速平稳地使控制谱得到收敛,并满足参考谱的要求。同时针对多点加权综合控制的问题,首次提出了用最优条件数选取主控矩阵的方法,该方法具有最优的数值稳定性,可实现综合控制的所有要求。试验结果表明各项控制精度均满足实际工程要求。
【Abstract】 Some basic theories and algorithms are discussed for dual-shaker random vibration test control in this paper.A new correct algorithm named proportional RMS updating is presented without taking cross-spectra into account.The algorithm can make the control spectrum converge to the reference ones quickly and stably.In order to solve the problem of multiple response points synthetically weighting control,a robust method is set forth for the first time to form the main control matrix through the best condition number calculation.Finally a test is performed and the results show that the proposed method can meet the engineering demand.
