【摘要】 针对我国煤矿安全生产形势,分别从我国煤层自然赋存条件、国家对煤矿企业的技术定位、煤矿从业人员素质、现有煤矿安全技术装备以及国家对煤矿的税制等方面分析了当前煤矿安全生产存在的主要问题,并且从提高煤矿从业人员的素质、建立本质安全化的生产体系、对高瓦斯和突出矿井应当制订特殊政策等方面提出了相应的预防对策,研究结果对煤矿安全生产具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at work safety situation in coal mines of China, the coal seam natural endowment, national coal-mining technical orientation, the quality of coal mine employees, existing safety equipments and the coal-mining tax system are respectively explained; and it is on this basis the current main problems of coal mine are analyzed. Besides, the countermeasures of how to improve the quality of employees, how to set up essential work safety system, and how to make special policy for high gas and outburst coal mine are given.
