地方猪种保种时要重视生活环境的影响

【摘要】 此文阐述在地方猪种小群活体保种时,既要控制保种群体中的近交,降低随机遗传漂移使基因丢失的影响,又要防止外界环境刺激的多世代持续作用,由此引起的遗传基础改变,发生群体适应性变化。

【Abstract】 In the breed-preserving of small live populations of indigenous pigs,it is necessary to control inbreeding for the sake of reducing the influence of genetic drift which may cause the loss of genes.At the same time,it is also important to breed-preserved population form gene variation and adaptability transformation caused by effect of many generation.
