拮氟锐对氟暴露工人排氟效果和对IL-2、IL-6血清浓度的影响
The effect of Jiefurui on the fluorides excretion and serum Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-6 level in the workers exposed to the fluorides
【摘要】 目的:观察拮氟锐对工业氟暴露工人的防治效果。方法:选择某铝厂22名非氟暴露工人作为空白对照组(A组),44名氟暴露工人随机分为安慰剂组(B组)和服用拮氟锐药物组(C组)。测定服药前后血清氟(F-),尿氟(F-)、氟硼酸根离子(BF4-)浓度,以及血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量。结果:氟暴露组工人血F-、尿F-、BF4-浓度明显高于非氟暴露组,血清IL-2显著下降而IL-6显著上升;与安慰剂组(B组)相比,服用拮氟锐药物组(C组)血清F-明显下降,尿中F-、BF4-浓度明显上升,血清IL-2显著升高而IL-6显著下降。结论:拮氟锐能明显促进体内氟的排出,增强机体免疫功能,拮抗氟的免疫毒性。拮氟锐对工业氟病具有一定的防治作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevention and therapy effect of Jiefurui on the workers exposed to the fluorides.Methods Twenty-two unexposed workers were as the control(group A),44 workers exposed to the fluorides were divided into the placebo group(group B) and the Jiefurui group(group C),the concentration of fluoride(F-) in serum,F-and tetrafluroborate(BF4-) in urine as well as the content of Interleukin-2(IL-2),InterLeukin-6(IL-6) in serum were determined.Results The F-concentration of workers exposed to the fluorides in serum and F-,BF4-in urine were significantly higher than that in the unexposed group.Compared to the group B workers,the concentration of F-in serum in the group C workers significantly decreased,and F-and BF4-in urine increased significantly,moreover,the content of IL-2 in serum increased,and the IL-6 decreased obviously.Conclusion The results suggested that the Jiefurui could significantly increase the excretion of urinary fluorides and tetrafluroborates,promote the immune function.Jiefurui showed the effects of antagonizing the toxicity of fluorides.
