【摘要】 目的建立黄芩、粘毛黄芩和沙滩黄芩种子的蛋白质电泳图谱,将图谱作为黄芩种子及混淆品鉴定的指征。方法采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对3种黄芩种子的蛋白质电泳图谱进行分析。结果不同产地的黄芩种子的电泳图谱基本一致,同属3种黄芩种子的蛋白质电泳图谱具有明显差异。结论聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱可作为鉴别3种黄芩种子的指征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish PAGE map of the seeds protein of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Scutellaria viscidula Bge. and Scutellaria strigilosa Hemsl. . Methods Polyacnylamide gel electrophoresis analysis was used to detect the seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Scutellaria viscidula Bge. and Scutellaria strigilosa Hemsl. . Results Electrophoresis spectrum of the seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from different sources were similar and there were obvious differences in electrophoresis spectrum of the three types of seeds.
