【Abstract】 Accurate localization of epileptogenic focus was the precondition of surgery treatment for epilepsy.The systems of three-dimension intracranial Dipole tracing had offered a reliable and effective method for accurate orientation in clinic.Combined with evoked potential and magnetoencephalography,it could improved the site-specific accuracy.Furthermore,the Dipole tracing method could correctly determine the original electro-activity and promote the effect of surgery treatment for epilepsy.更多还原
