【Abstract】 Helicobacter Pylori(HP) is one of the most common infection bacteria in the world.At present,HP infection is regarded as the main reasons of chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,gastric MALT lymphoma and gastric adenocarcinoma.World Health Organization has been classfied HP as the first carcinogenic factor.But the mechanism of gastroenteric disease caused by HP is still unclear.It might possibly associate with its bacterial virulence,especially with polymorphism of HP gene、inflammatory and immune response caused by bacteria and host immunogenetic factors and so on.更多还原
