【摘要】 [目的]掌握蓬莱市伤害发生情况,为制定伤害干预措施和预防与控制策略提供科学依据。[方法]对蓬莱市医院伤害急诊监测医院2004年的监测资料进行分析。[结果]统计伤害报告卡合格的9261例伤害患者,其中男性6623例,女性2638例,年龄(36.35±16.06)岁,15～59岁占85.27%,农牧渔民占56.74%;伤害主要发生在7～10月(占42.44%),时间集中在0:00～1:00、10:00～11:00、15:00～16:00合计占29.91%;导致伤害发生的前3位原因依次为交通事故(36.56%)、跌落(22.14%)、钝器伤(18.60%),意外事故占85.19%。[结论]预防和减少交通伤害、跌落的发生是蓬莱市伤害预防控制的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To master the situation of injury in Penglai,and provide the scientific basis for measure making of injury prevention and control.[Methods]All injuried patients visited in 2004 were investigated.[Results]9 261 eligible injury reporting cards were collected.The sum of the male was 6 623,the female was 2 638.The average age was 36.35±16.06.Most injuries(85.27%)took place among the 15-60 year-old group.The farmer,cowman and fisherfolk accounted for 56.74%.Injuries were prone to take place in Jul,Aug,Sep and Oct(42.44%).The occurring time concentrated at 0-1 AM,10-11 AM and 4-5 PM(29.91%).The three main causes of injuries were traffic(36.56%),fall(22.14%)and blunt force(36.47%).85.19% of all cases belonged to accidental injury.[Conclusion]Preventing and decreasing the road traffic injury and falling injury were the major measure of injury prevention and control in Penglai.更多还原
