耗氧量(OC)测定方法的改进及比较分析

【摘要】 [目的]探讨简便快捷的耗氧量(OC)测定方法。[方法]将国标法(GB/T 5750-1985)的水浴加热30 min改为直火加热5 min,硫酸溶液浓度由(1+3)改为(1+4),测定水样耗氧量(OC),并与国标法进行比较分析。[结果]改进的测定方法可靠,RSD为1.75%~2.29%,配对t检验,P>0.05,与国标法比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]改进法操作简单,易于掌握,耗时短,缩短了检验周期,提高了工作效率,适合于基层实验室推广使用。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To develop a simple and rapid method for determination of oxygen consumed(OC)in water.[Methods]The method was improved in the base of national standard method(GB/T 5750-1985),which involved in fire heating 5 min instead of water bath heating 30min described in standard method,and using the concentration of sulfuric acid in water 1+4 instead of 1+3.The values of OC determined by two methods were compared and analyzed.[Results]The improved method was reliable,with relative standard deviation between 1.75% to 2.29%.The values determined by two methods hadno statistical difference with t-test(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The improved method was simple,rapid,reliable,and could be popularized in grass-root labs.
