【摘要】 [目的]了解章丘市中小学生乙肝病毒感染状况,以便为我市中小学生肝炎防治措施制定提供科学依据。[方法]用郑州博赛生物研究所生产的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原胶体金测试纸条,对章丘2所中学、2所小学4 308名学生进行检测。[结果]检测4 308名学生,HBsAg阳性率为2.93%。其中男生阳性率为3.16%,女生阳性率为2.66%,男生明显高于女生;城区学生阳性率为2.52%,乡镇学生阳性率为3.32%,乡镇学生阳性率明显高于城区。中学生阳性率为3.15%,小学生阳性率为2.67%,中学生明显高于小学生。[结论]乡镇学生阳性率高于城区学生,应引起家长、学校、卫生部门的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the infection situation of HBV among students of primary and secondary schools in Zhangqiu,in order to provide scientific basis for HBV prevention and control.[Methods]To test the hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) among 4 308 students.[Results]The total positive rate of HBsAg was 2.93% among the 4 308 students,with 3.16% for male and 2.66% for female,3.15% for middle school students and 2.67% for pupils,3.23% in the rural and 2.52% in the urban.The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The infection rate in the country was higher than that in the city.High attention should be paid to it by parents,schools,and health department.更多还原
