【Abstract】 The paper discusses the effects of treating the cut - stem tobacco by biotechnology in increasing its use value. The research results show that through the application of the lignocellulolytic microorganism and the lignocellulolytic enzymes, woody and irritancy of the tobacco stem are obviously removed and the filling value is increased by 35. 2 ~42. 8% and lignin contents are evidently lowered, which can meet the adding demand of middle and top quality tobacco.更多还原
