【摘要】 目的建立黄精赞育胶囊中(制何首乌、黄精等)四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O--βD-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Lichrospher 5-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(22∶78);检测波长320 nm。结果四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O--βD-葡萄糖苷的线性范围在8.09μg~1.62μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.74%。结论该法简便快捷,准确实用,可用于黄精赞育胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Huangjing Zanyu capsule.METHODS HPLC assay was performed in Lichrospher 5-C₁₈ column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase consisted of CH₃CN-H₂O（22∶78）,and the detector wavelength was set at 320 nm.RESULTS The linear range of tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was 8.09 μg～1.62 μg and the relation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery rate was 98.8%,RSD was 1.74%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and reliable in quality control of Huangjing Zanyu capsule.更多还原
