【摘要】 目的探讨老年阑尾炎患者手术后发生腹泻的原因,并提出相应的处理措施。方法对20例急性阑尾炎手术后发生腹泻的老年患者进行腹泻特点分析,检查大便、血常规,并进行大便培养和盆腔B超检查。结果①阑尾病变越重,发生腹泻的频率越高,其中坏疽及穿孔性阑尾炎占75%(15/20),化脓性阑尾炎占20%(4/20),而单纯性阑尾炎仅占5%(1/20);②腹泻原因主要有肠间积液及盆腔积脓,肠道痢疾杆菌和霉菌感染。结论老年阑尾炎患者术后腹泻的原因较复杂,应针对不同原因进行处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes of diarrhea after operations of aged appendicits, and put forward rel-evant treatment. Methods Analysed the trait of diarrhea that 20 cases aged patients who had scoured after acute ap-pendicitis operations, and have the stool, RT blood cell and B- ultrasonic of pelvis examinatied. Results ①The moresevere ofappendicitis,the more frequent of diarrhea after operations happened.In these 20 cases, necrotic and perforativeappendicitis was 75%(15/20), suppurative appendicitis was 20%(4/20),simplex appendicitis was 5%(1/20).②The reasonof diarrhea after operation include hydrocele around intestines,empyemata in pelvis and infection about bacillus of diar-rhea in intestine and mildew. Conclusion The causes of diarrhea after operations of aged appendicitis is intricate. Weshould deftlydeal with the diarrhea accordingtodifferent reasons.更多还原
