【摘要】 目的探讨卡介苗素注射液对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响。方法将87例反复呼吸道感染患儿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用卡介苗素注射液治疗,同时用抗生素或抗病毒药物及对症治疗。对照组不用卡介苗素,其它治疗同前。观察疗效及治疗前后血清IgG,、IgA、IgM、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK的变化及PHA反应强度。结果应用卡介苗素治疗组总有效率达97.7%,与对照组比较,差异非常显著,P<0.01。治疗组IgG、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK较前明显改善,IgA、IgM无明显变化,PHA皮试反应明显增强。结论卡介苗素注射液具有提高和调整细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的作用,可用来防治小儿反复呼吸道感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the effect of BCG vaccine injection on immunocompetence of children with respiratory infection repeatedly. Methods 87 children with respiratory infection repeatedly were divided into treated group and control group, the former were treated with BCG vaccine injection and antibiotics or antivirus, and the latter were only treated with antibiotics or antivirus. Curative effect and IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8,NK in serum and PHA were detected and compared between before and after therapy. Results the general effect rate are 97.67% and 15.91% respectively, and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). IgG(P<0.05), CD3(P<0.01), CD4(P<0.01), CD4/CD8(P<0.01),NK(P<0.01) were improved by BCG vaccine, but no statistic change was found about IgA and IgM. And PHA of treated group was built up than control significantly. Conclusion BCG vaccine injection can enhance and regulate the function of cell-immunity and body fluid-immunity, and can be used to prevent and cure children with respiratory infection.更多还原
