【摘要】 目的:探讨无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的临床价值。方法:对30例急性左心衰竭患者常规抗心衰治疗同时加用NIPPV治疗,进行呼吸频率、心率、血压、动脉血气及临床症状体征等监测,并进行相关分析。结果:30例患者临床症状明显改善,PaO2,SaO2与治疗前比较显著增高(P<0.01),双肺罗音明显减少,心率、呼吸恢复正常。结论:NIPPV治疗重度急性左心衰竭不仅见效快,且抢救成功率高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the practical value of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation（NIPPV） in the treatment of acute left heart failure（ALHF）.Methods:NIPPV was performed on 30 cases with ALHF on the basis of conventional treatment.Breath rate,heart rate,blood pressure,arterial blood gas were measured and clinical symptom,physical sign were observed.Statistics was analysed as well.Results: The clinical symptoms in 30 cases improved obviously,PaO₂,SaO₂ significantly increased after treatment（P<0.05）.Rales in lungs obviously decreased.Breath rate and heart rate got normal.Conclusion: For the treatment of ALHF,NIPPV shows the advantages of high success rate and being readily available.Such approach is worth spreading.更多还原
