【摘要】 目的:以丹参为标准来验证药材分级的科学性、合理性,使其等级充分体现药材质量的优次。方法:分别从陕西天士力公司4个药源基地及混装丹参中各随机抽取9袋丹参药材,按传统等级标准,将药材丹参分为四个等级,分别检测各等级样品中丹参素、丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量。结果:丹参药材中丹参素含量并未按等级表现出明显的规律性;丹参酮ⅡA含量从特级到三级呈上升趋势;丹酚酸B含量表现为从特级到三级依次降低。结论:结果充分说明了传统丹参药材的分级标准未能充分反应药材质量的优劣,建议应废除传统的丹参分级标准,药材丹参应以统货入药。对传统中药材分级标准用科学的量化指标重新界定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To validate whether the herbal grading standard was scientific and relational,the grading standard of red-rooted salvia was verified.Methods: Nine packages of red-rooted salvia were selected randomly from four herbal medicine bases of Tasly Company and mixed packings.Based on the traditional grading standard,the samples of red-rooted salvia were graded into four to test their contents of danchensu,tanshinone Ⅱ_A and salvianolic acid B.Results: The results showed that the samples of red-rooted salvias from medicine bases were not in regularity in content of danchensu,the content of tanshinone Ⅱ_A was raised from special grade to grade 3,in contrast to the content of salvianolic acid B.Conclusion: The result of this test clearly shows that the traditional grading standard does not fully express the quality of herbal medicine,therefore,we suggest the traditional standard should be abolished,red-rooted salvia should be common merchandise without grading,and the traditional Chinese medicine grading standard in scientific quantitative index should be redefined.更多还原
