【摘要】 目的:以斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴或童虫感染犬,定期解剖观察虫体。方法:经30、45、60、75、90和120d 分别解剖观察虫体在犬体内发育分布。结果:犬在感染囊蚴60d 后虫体可逐步发育成熟并产卵,豚鼠体内童虫经口感染犬,60d 时亦可在肺部查到虫囊和成虫。结论:斯氏狸殖吸虫在犬体多部位寄生且能发育成熟,童虫经感染犬宿主转换后,亦可进一步发育成熟。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe dogs infected with metalercariae and worms juveniles of pagumogonimus skrjabi- hi.Methods:After that worms development,paraistic regions and morphological feature were observed at 30th,45 th,60th,75th,90th and 120th day respectively.Results:60 days after infection,worm-cysts wall,with matured or prematured worms and eggs.By means of host-transfer with worms juveniles,them migrated to the lung and ma- tured.Conclusion:It is suggested that Pskrjabini could mature in dog and showed a phenomenon of pol yorgamotropism.更多还原
