【摘要】 目的:了解毒品滥用对男性吸毒人群性行为的影响。方法:2004年5-7月,在四川省西昌市调查男性吸毒人员的社会人口学、吸烟、饮酒、吸毒和性行为方式及频率。结果:共调查男性吸毒者892人,在多因素Logistic回归模型中,近6个月与固定性伴性行为的关系有统计学意义的变量为:年龄(OR值,0·49,95%CI:0·28-0·87),住自己的房子(OR值,0·56,95%CI:0·36-0·88)和吸毒年限(OR值,0·54,95%CI:0·33-0·87);近6个月与临时性伴性行为的关系有统计学意义的变量为:无业(OR值,1·40,95%CI:1·03-1·91),有固定性伴(OR值,0·56,95%CI:0·40-0·79)和近3个月静脉吸毒频率(OR值,1·53,95%CI:1·11-2·10)。结论:长期毒品滥用可降低男性与固定性伴的性行为和近3个月毒品滥用可增加男性与临时性伴的性行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To knowledge the influence of drug abuse on sexual behaviors among male drug users.Methods: During May to July,2004,a survey was conducted to investigate the demographic characteristics,smoking,drinking,the patterns and frequencies of drug use and sexual behaviors among male drug users. Results:A total of 892 male drug users were interviewed. Multivariate Logistic regression model indicated that older than 35 years (OR, 0.49,95% CI: 0.28-0.87),own home (OR, 0.56, 95% CI: 0.36-0.88) and duration of drug use (OR, 0.54, 95% CI: 0.33-0.87) were independently associated with sexual frequencies with regular partners,respectively. Furthermore,being unemployed (OR, 1.40, 95% CI: 1.03-1.91),having regular sexual partners (OR,0.56,95% CI: 0.40-0.79),and injecting frequencies past 3 months (OR, 1.53, 95% CI: 1.11-2.10) were independently associated with sex with casual partners,respectively. Conclusion:Long-term drug abuse may reduce sexual behaviors of male drug users with regular partners. However,recent drug abuse may increase sex with casual partners.更多还原
