【摘要】 目的观察异体硬脑膜额肌悬吊术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的远期疗效。方法对28例(49眼)术后患者随访3~5年观察。结果上睑下垂完全矫正或基本矫正,睑缘弧度美观,符合生理,睑裂闭合良好。结论异体硬脑膜额肌悬吊术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂,术后效果良好、且较稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of congenital blepharoptosis by suspending the upper eyelid to frontalis muscle with homologous dura.Methods 28 cases(4 leyes) who treated by suspending the upper eyelid to frontalis muscle with homogous dura were followed up for 3-5 years.Results All cases full rectifier or main rectifier,upper eyelid radian was perfect,closeness of eyelid was satisfied,none of exposure keratitis.Conclusions Frontalis muscle suspend to the upper eyelid with homogous dura is a convenient and effective operation for severe congenital blepharoptosis and have persist effect.更多还原
