中药材柴胡中8种有机磷农药残留测定

【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定中药材柴胡中8种有机磷农药毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法:样品前处理方法简单,样品中加入少量活性炭,可用乙腈直接提取。选用火焰光度检测器(FPD)和 DB-17毛细管柱,程序升温进行气相色谱测定。结果:8种有机磷农药(敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧乐果、久效磷、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱、喹硫磷)的最小检出量在0.05ng~0.15ng 之间,平均回收率在82.07%~107.75%之间,RSD 在0.85%~14.00%之间。结论:该法灵敏度高、选择性强、操作简便、重现性好。

【Abstract】 Objective:An analytical method is described for the quantitative determination of residues of 8 organo- phosphorous pesticides (Dichlorvos,Methamidophos,Acephate,Omethoate,Ethion,M-parathion,Chlorpyrifos and quinalphos)in the Chinese Medicinal Herbs (chaihu).Methods:The sample was extracted with acetonitrile mixed with some active carbon,and determined with GC with FPD (flame photometric detection)and DB-17 capillary column.Result:The average recoveries and RSD of the method were 82.07%-107.75% and 0.9%-14.0%,re- spectively.The limit of detection ranged from 0.05ng-0.15ng.Conclusion:The method was high sensitive,sim- ple and rapid with good reproducibility.
