论我国发展循环经济的实施障碍及对策
On Obstacles and Countermeasures to the Implementation of Circular Economy Development
【摘要】 循环经济是新世纪经济发展的理想模式,在我国发展循环经济存在着技术上、管理上和观念上的障碍。应该通过建立法律法规、推行绿色核算、开发绿色技术、推广绿色消费等途径解决消除这些障碍。
【Abstract】 Circular economy is the ideal model for economic development in the new century,but the devel-opment of our circular economy encounters obstacles in technic,managment and conception.So laws and regulations should be set up to remove these obstacles through promoting green accounting,green technologies,green consumption and other means.
