【摘要】 目的:寻求一种临床疗效确切的治疗精液不液化症的方法。方法:选择门诊确诊160例精液不液化症患者,双盲随机分为瑶药富丁茶治疗组80例,西药喹喏酮对照组40例,中成药知柏地黄丸对照组40例;治疗前后分别观察其精液液化时间、精液质量、抗精子抗体等指标。结果:在治愈率和有效率方面,瑶药组、喹喏酮对照组显著高于知柏地黄丸对照组(P<0.01);但瑶药组与喹喏酮对照组比较(P>0.05),但两组在精子活力(a+b级精子所占百分比)治疗后较治疗前两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药“富丁茶”可作为临床治疗精液不液化症的较理想药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Fudingcha treating semen liquefaction.Method:Patients were randomly divided into group of Fudingcha treated group of west medicine treated and group of tranditional Chinese medicine treated.To observe the change of semen liquefaction and its influence on different index such as time,quality and antibody.Results:Liquefaction time of group of Fudingcha and group of west medicine were obviously shorter than that of group of tranditional medicine(P<0.05),but group of Fudingcha showed better motility than group of west medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fudingcha is a safe and effective medicine in treating semen liquefaction.更多还原
