烟草中糖类的1-苯-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮衍生化与HPLC分析方法研究

【摘要】 研究了1-苯-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)作为紫外衍生化试剂在烟草中糖类分析时的运用。烟草样品中的糖类用水超声波萃取,然后用C18固相萃取小柱预分离和富集,再用PMP进行紫外衍生化反应,再用醋酸铵+乙腈梯度洗脱为流动相,二极管矩阵检测器检测测定。该方法标准回收率为96.5%~103%,RSD为0.65%~0.91%;用于烟草中糖类的测定,结果满意。实验结果表明该方法准确、快速,方便。

【Abstract】 Carbohydrates from tobacco were derived by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone and then analyzed by HPLC.Result showed that the method was veracious,fast and convenient.
