【摘要】 通过高效液相色谱法测定金线莲中的绿原酸、咖啡酸和芦丁。样品脱脂后用80%甲醇回流提取其中的待测物质,提取液经硅胶柱预分离,以W aters X terra TM C18(250×4.6 mm,φ5μm)色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,样品中的组分得以分离和测定。该方法标准回收率95%~105%,RSD为1.6%~2.5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The determination of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin in Herba anoectochili were studied by High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC） method.The chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin were extracted from Herba anoectochil with 80% methanol,then subjected to be purified by silica gel column.The chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin can be separated and determinated on a Waters Xterra TM C₁₈（250×4.6mm,5μm） column.The recoveries are 95%¹05%,and relative standard deviations are 1.6%².5%.更多还原
